Welcome to SABS

The School of Advanced Biomedical Sciences (SABS) is fully accredited by Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education. SABS was founded in 2008 to provide an international platform for multidisciplinary higher educations as well as trainings in the advanced biomedical sciences fields at master (MSc), doctoral (PhD), postdoctoral, and fellowship levels. The main purpose of granting accreditation is to foster biomedical researches to provide recognition of accredited programs, and to attract qualified individuals for training centers of excellence. This process is intended to assure the trainee based upon the standards of such education towards a successful carrier development and advancement in the futuristic advanced biomedical sciences.

SABS is an Affiliated Institution of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, providing graduate students with the opportunity to achieve their educational goals in Advanced Biomedical Sciences. Within this scientific environment, the postgraduate students, postdocs and fellows have the advantage of continuing their training/research in this prestigious school in north-west of Iran, which is one of the most spectacular cultural/industrial regions located in the center of Tabriz.

Studying at SABS provides students to utilize the state of the art facilities to promote their skills to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world. Students at SABS come from different regions of the country and other countries as well, which make student life as a truly international experience. SABS is proud of hosting eminent tutors, professors, researchers and scientists.

Our Vision is to provide an international platform in a multinational scientific environment to advance biomedical sciences towards bench-to-bedside and bench-to-industry implementations. Our Mission is to grant multidisciplinary higher educations and researches in a diverse fields of advanced biomedical sciences.
