In terms of the history of the group, it should be noted that in 2004, for the first time in the Faculty of Medicine, a master's degree in medical biotechnology was established and 169 students were trained so far.
In 2009, the first PhD students were recruited. After transferring to the School of Advanced Medical Sciences, there are now 58 students and 20 graduates so far. There are also postdoctoral fellows and PhD graduates undergoing their sabbatical leaves from other national and foreign universities.
